Canadian Red Cross Instructor Development
2023 Instructor recertification
All candidates must attend a four-hour “Hub” module, which focuses on professional development for all disciplines. Candidates may then attend one or more of the four-hour “Spoke” courses: Core, Professional Responder, and Wilderness.
Candidates must attend a separate “Spoke” module for each discipline that they wish to recertify.
*Instructors with more than one discipline in their portfolio need to attend only one Hub module during their 3-year certification period
